what's good for dry skin?

Many options: Dry skin has many causes. As we age, skinwill be drier. Diet with appropriate fatty and essential oils, as well as adequate Vitamin A and zinc are very important. For mild dry skin, moisturizing lotions help but for severe oils are more helpful
