Could be anything: It is difficult to comment without an examination. There could be issues with muscle fatigue, inflammation, a clot in your deep veins, a nerve compression or lymhoedema. You need to see your doctor for further evaluation and treatment

May be inflamitory: This is an unusual symptom complex. It doesn't hurt? It sounds like it may be an auto immune problem. This should be seen by your doctor. Blood test to check for inflammatory problems may need to be done. Also thyroid levels, and examination of your pulses and circulation.
