Ringworm : You may have a skin infection. You could try an antifungal such as Tinactin, Lotromin or Lamisal. If this does not clear it up you need to see a physician

Could be: Blisters on the palm could be from contact dermatitis or eczema and less likely from infections. Protecting the hands from contact with chemicals and use of topical moderate to high potency steroids may be helpful.

Hard to say: Often blistering is related to a spider bite, but can be caused by another insect. Tick bites usually cause a hard centre. Keep them clean, use a medication for itching, and follow up for any unusual symptoms. All the best.

Incas Revenge??: If the swelling spreads, turns red, hurts or a red streak up the arm develops, or fever, or the blister turns cloudy, then best to see a doctor if, after carefully popping the blister with a sterile blade and applying an antibacterial ointment, it keeps getting worse. Keep it clean, dry and protected. If the hand swells, elevate it and see a doctor. I'll bet if you care for it you'll do just fine.

Blister cap...: Yes. This is often how blisters resolve themselves. If any signs of infection should occur, see your doctor or consult with a Healthtap specialist.
