I get pain in my chest right behind my sternum as if there is a bubble of gas that will not come out and let me burp. It doesn't always happen?

Chest pain: Could be gastritis / reflux with or without H pylori. Non H pylori reflux may resolve with ranitidine / prevecid .H pylori needs antibiotics. But if you are male should check out EKG ot make sure not cardiac. Follow up with doc
