mri results, intrasubstance injury in supraspinatus with tendonitis in subscapularis and supraspinatus & bursitis in sub deltoid. over 4 months of pain, i completed 6 weeks of pt with little to no improvement, what are my options for treatment now?

Regenerative therapy: If the muscular biomechanics are improved and the pain persists, then medications might be considered. Injected or oral. Regenerative therapy might have a role here too. Placenta tissue, PRP or bone marrow concentrate are considerations for treatment.
