feel bloated, bubbling lower stomach, ard belly button and lower. a bit gas and acid reflx. im in my period. no sig. pain. should i be concerned?

Bloated: If you are having your period, it can be common to have these symptoms. I would try an OTC medicine if needed .However, if persistent or you have pain, vomiting or fever I would get checked.
