recently i found lumps in my breast, one large one about 1-2 cm that is hard seems to be attached. both of them have bruises and little white pimples?

Need to examine: If is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. At your age, cancer of the breast is highly unlikely, however you should still see a doctor and may need imaging study to evaluate the lumps. Wish you good health. Get HPV vaccine
