I have plantar faciitus in my left foot, have orthotics which help, nsaids don't help, or paracetamol, or topical creams, very painful please advice.

See below: Planter fasciitis stretching exercises first thing before you get out of bed in the morning is helpful with a roll towel or sheet. A Dixie cup with frozen ice and then peel off the outside covering and you can roll that on the inside of your foot is helpful as well. Continue daily stretching exercises wearing your orthotic.
