How to remove pimples?

Pimple: Do not pop!. This can cause infection and make it worse. Warm compress to pimple till is erupts. Keep skin clean.. The OTC products (clearsil etc.) do help. Reduce sugar in diet and consider trying fish oil tablet or flaxseed.
