can hoshimotos automimmune disease of the thyroid make the submandibular glands enlarged? or any salivary glands enlarged?

Possible: Auto immune etiology is the reason for thyroid disease in Hashimoto's .The same pathology -autoimmune if directed against the salivary glands Vs lymph nodes is possible. But make sure that the thyroid disease is Hashimoto's and not thyroid cancer.
