Chest fullness: Your symptoms may be caused by chronic stress and anxiety. It is not unusual to be unable to appreciate your heart beat. Your cardiac testing revealed no abnormalities which should reassure you. Weight loss can be caused by thyroid overactivity or diabetes which I assume have been ruled out. Stress management therapy may help resolve your symptoms. Discuss this with your physician.
