Possible anxiety: Provided a doctor has performed a thorough investigation to rule out underlying issues, these symptoms could represent anxiety or panic attacks.
Further assessment by a doctor is recommended to determine if this is the case; and there are many treatment options such as exercise, counselling, medication, relaxation therapies etc.

Need more info: do these spells have any association with stress? any triggers? can she stop the spell from happening? any hx of head trauma? is her conscious impaired after the spell? any warning signs of impending spell? depending on the answers to the above Qs differential is psychosomatic (most likely and CBT is the txt of choice) vs epileptic event, consider a thorough neurological evaluation. Good luck!
