Possible rib fractur: If you fell on your chest and hit your ribs, you may have sustained a rib fracture. If it hurts when touched in a certain spot over ribs and when you breathe deeply, then a rib fracture is a possibility. You can see your doctor for an extra especially at your age. Consider checking your vitamin D level. Take calcium long term. Tylenol as needed for pain. Your doctor will further help further.
