had a car crash on tuesday and today (saturday) im feeling unwell i have a headache feel like i want to be sick and i keep over heating is this normal?

Get a check up asap: Many internal injuries can occur with a car crash that may not be obvious immediately. The symptoms you noted following a crash of any sort require immediate medical attention to rule out any serious underlying problems. Good luck.
