Can anovulation bleeding be the same as a normal period? Like if my period came 10 days late 2 months in a row but flow&duration was normal as usual?

Anovulatory bleeding: Irregular periods can be due to a large variety of problems. Hypothyroidism, polycystic ovaries, and obesity being the most common causes. Check a pregnancy test, but if it's negative you need evaluation by a gynecologist. Treatment will depend on your fertility goals.

Yes, probably: This may be perimenopausal but it is probably NOT anovulatory. Irregular cycles are normal in this situation.
