had dime-size seborrheic keratosis removed from back. it hurts a bit. have lentil-size one in b/w breasts. too sensitive of area for pain. remove?

Usually: pain is NOT a common result of surgical removal of this BENIGN lesion. I would suggest that the lentil size lesion may be a cosmetic issue and I would take steps to remove without WORRY that it will be" super"painful because of its location!!! Hope this helps Dr Z
