Water and more water: Hydration is the key to curing a hangover. You can try water and sports drinks with electrolytes. Adding a pain killer such as Brufen may help as well. Coffee has shown to be of benefit too. http://www.menshealth.com/guy-wisdom/11-ways-to-ease-nasty-hangover/slide/8

Hangover: Hydration, exercise, sunlight all help to keep us healthy and return the body to balance. The best cure for a hangover, however, is to avoid one. Prevention is a part of healthcare. Peace and good health.

No magic: Nobody has proven any of the many "folk" remedies, especially not hair of the dog that bit you - drinking whatever gave you the hangover. Recent chinese study found drinking warm sprite to be helpful, and hydration is critical. A couple tylenol (acetaminophen) or an advil otc tablet, or just lying downwith a cool compress on your forehead is the best thing. Rest, let your body recover, drink less next tim

Hangover: Prevention is key, but once you have a hangover, hydration is one of the only ways to reduce its duration. I recommend electrolyte replacement with products like gatorade. Surprisingly, the most natural way to rehydrate is coconut water which is the most natural fluid which matches the osmolality of our blood.
