GB pain?: When does the pain occur? Immediately or about an hour after eating greasy food? Did the pain start recently or was it present short after your operation and didn't resolve? It can be a retained gall stone or a primary biliary stone, or gastritis or peptic ulcer. Better go check with the surgeon who operated on you.
