my baby is 2 months old and he had today his first vaccination(infanrix hexa).how often should i check him during night for fever?every 2-3hours?

Shot watch: The first 48 hours you can watch q 4 hrs and let sleep if comfortable. If fussy and has a temp or awakens fussy, can give Tylenol every 4 hrs as indicated. Fever: Only if the baby looks or isn't acting right. Lethargic fussy not eating vomiting or diarrhea Should u start checking temp regularly. Hope this helps
