tingling and numbness both upper and lower extremities. mri of neck showed mild posterior bulging of disk between c5 and c6.

Wait for 6 weeks : Bulged disks may not need immediate attention like herniated discs. After age 35 all scans will show some degree of bulging of disks. Wait for 6 weeks or so. If no improvement see a neurosurgeon
