my right jaw has been locked up today and now my taste is off, almost sour. is this something i should get check out or just ride it out?

TMJ: It seems you're under some emotional stress. Your jaw locked up because of tempormandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ). The sour taste is probably regurgitated stomach acid.
