hello! i just found out im pregnat. lmp was august 23 so that would put me at 6 weeks pregnat. my insurance doesnt kick in until 2 more months. i would be at 15 weeks then. is it safe to wait until then to see a doctor for prenatal care?. have not had any

Starts with desire!: See your primary care doctor first to get a check-up. Then, follow the mediterranean diet, daily physical activity 300 minutes per week for life. Reduce alcohol intake to 1 glass of wine 3-4 times per week. Avoid unsaturated fats, eat lots of good fats, eat and drink well in moderation. Eat protein at all meals and do not skip meals!

More info: "chicken bumps" are more commonly seen on the arms and legs and do well with cod liver oil (orally). On the face...Depends on the age. If a newborn is one thing. Pregnancy: I you have an irregular period it means you ovulate irregularly. You should keep a menstrual calendar writing when you start period and when you have sex. You can also buy an ovulation kit at the pharmacy, this will let you know when you ovulate so you can plan to have sex at that time. If you still can't get pregnant you should see a doctor and bring your menstrual calendar with you.
