Inadequate sleep: Healthy adults are advised to have 7 hours of sleep daily. The lowest acceptable duration could be as low as 6 hours. If you have set your life to only get 5 hours, you are risking many ailments, including accidents while driving and also poor retention of the new information you are trying to learn as a student. The effect on Cancer is not clear cut...but that should be least of your concerns.
