Oral habits: We can't control patient habits such as nail biting, cheek biting, or other destructive habits. Only you can control the habits and feel better. Being aware of the habit as you are is the first step. The next step involves determination and will on your part. Try replacing this habit with other thoughts or actions which are constructive instead of destructive. Get help if needed from family or MD
