is any vitamin supplement worth taking for better skin?

Vitamins: The best for good skin is good sleep, hydration, a well balanced diet without a lot of refined sugars, as well as using good cleansing products and moisturizers depending on your skin type. If you are asking about acne, then I am not aware of any supplements that help reduce that particular problem.

Depends: Adequate levels of vitamin d may help some. Take d3 not d2. Also vitamin c, and consider topical liposomal glutathione.
