Can pretty much constant lightheadedness verging on vertigo, be another symptom of my pseudotumour cerebri or is this something else?

Vertigo: lightheadedness is a common symptom of Pseudotumor Cerebri but if this is a new onset dizziness it should be evaluated to rule out other causes of dizziness
