Buproprion OD: The highest dose that should be taken in an adult is 450mg of wellbutrin XL which is a dose that would be worked up to over time. Overdose symptoms can include: rapid heart rate, feeling jittery, confusion, visual changes, nausea, vomiting, seizures, heart failure, loss of consciousness and death.
