Musculoskeletal: meaning: pain originating from muscles/ligaments/tendons/bones in the middle of your chest, not related to an inner organ like your heart, as it is reproducible by movement not occuring at rest. You need to rest your muscles, apply analgesic cream and warm compresses to the area, and possibly painkillers. if pain persists check with your doctor for further treament, wish you wellness
