See a Dentist: Try to see a dentist that is recommended by a friend. He needs to evaluate if there are enough good teeth to save to support a removable or fixed bridge. If not go for the implants if you can afford it. If funds are limited, try to at least place two implants on the lower arch now to support your bone and denture and do a full denture on top. You can add more implants later if you can afford it

See a dentist: The first place to start is to see a general dentist. He will examine you, take appropriate x-rays, impressions if indicated, and maybe do initial caries control. He can determine which teeth can be treated and which one needs removal. He should come up with a treatment plan and offer possible options to treat your problems. Referral to specialists will also be made as indicated .

See below: Is this your personal assessment or did a dentist tell you this? You need to discuss a treatment plan prior to the inception of treatment. Discuss replacing extracted teeth with implants. For an upper full extraction, four implants can support an implant supported full upper denture and two implants can support a lower denture. With more implant placement, more stability will be possible.

How sad: Please do not self diagnose. See a Dentist for a comprehensive examination. Then the Dentist can advise you, based on factual information, as to the best path to follow.
