i keep throwing up and its been happening for a week now. my stomach hurts a lot and i get really hungry and i want to eat but i can't.

Get evaluated: I notice you are taking Advil, (ibuprofen) try to stop this as it could be worsening your problem. Protracted vomiting for a week that affects one's ability to take in food or drink should be evaluated by a doctor. I would recommend a basic screening by urgent care physicians if you cannot get in to see a regular primary care doctor.
