since last week i started to have muscle twitching,then burning n pain,now some spasm. i'm scare cos searching said als or ms. could it be or not.

Pesky Doctor Google!: If your "searching" led you to jump to MS or ALS as possible coses of your symptoms, that shows clearly that you don't know how to evaluate what you're reading as it applies to your body. Stop "searching" and leave the diagnosing to the doctors.
