why my outer elbow hurts after working out or bend it ?

Tennis elbow: You have strained or torn a tendon at your lateral or outer elbow. This is often called tennis elbow. You need to rest your muscle by bracing you wrist and/or elbow. Antiinflammatories might help. With the elbow brace you can do strengthening exercises. Otherwise see an orthopedic surgeon.
