should i throw the water when i boil chicken breast ....so that i only get protein in it and fats are thrown or i should drink that water too???

Chicken fat: It makes little difference if you consume the water along w/the chicken. The water may have some impurities in it. Certainly the chicken itself is the most nutritious. If you want good fat consider taking coconut oil or olive oil. Peace and good health.
