i've had odd symptoms for 7mnths, doctors say viral, have palpitations dizziness and numbness in both hands/feet. neg. mri, can viruses cause this?

Too long: Unless a chronic virus like ebv or cmv or hiv... Generally know. Sometimes this can be an immune process. 7months is a long time to have this.
