do i have anorexia? not eating, no energy, i feel fat when ppl say i'm thin, i hate it when people say that i eat too little, underweight

Body dysmorphism : This is one aspect of anorexia nervosa, having the impression that you are overweight when yourBMI suggests you are too thin. Acting on this felling by restricting food intake is also a problem. Realizing that you may have a problem is a good thing. Please seek evaluation and treatment from a professional. Anorexia nervosa can be life threatening as essential proteins are broken down for energy.

Yes!: Anorexia in the past is not a barrier to pregnancy. It does mean that you need to be careful about your eating habits during pregnancy since we will want you to gain 30-35 pounds during your pregnancy. You may want to see a nutritionist early on to agree on an eating plan that works for you.

What are the best diet pills can be used for energy and appetite suppression?

Dr. Robert Kwok
Pediatrics 33 years experience
Not very helpful: Over-the-counter diet pills decrease one's appetite a bit (they are related to stimulants). A person's desire to eat can be much stronger that a diet pill's power to decrease his appetite, so he will likely continue to eat too many calories. Also, diet pills don't increase one's desire to exercise. If something as simple as a diet pill actually worked, we would not have so much obesity in america.

Yes: There is no reason for a child to drink energy drinks. Sports drinks are unnecessary most of the time and typically have too much sugar.
