Do teeth shift with age? My 2 bottom front teeth are now a bit crooked. Clenched teeth a few times when stressed. Did those handful of times cause it?

Yes teeth shit w/age: Teeth like to drift towards the center of the face all through out life. It varies in different people but generally happens to all. Clenching or bruxing does not necessarily contribute to it, especially if its been only a handful of time. Yo can get a retainer from your dentist which will help hold your teeth in position.

It takes much longer: than 3 episodes of teeth clenching to make your teeth shift. I suppose it takes a good number of months before this starts to occur.
