C-scopy 2/2014 - unremarkable result. believe i saw blood yesterday on stool no streaks / 2 small red liquid patches half a dime size; ate tomato slice on sandwich yesterday. family history of polyps (m, d, younger brother), cause for concern?

Not likely: Since your reportedly normal scope 2 yrs ago. Probably OK to watch for now and see if same happens again in next couple months. But, it is hard to put a price tag on peace of mind of normal scope now if you check again. You could ask person who did your last scope what they advise. There is no single right answer now, but what makes most sense to you now.
