will clomid (clomiphene) help get me pregnant if i am ovulating naturally? been ttc since 6/2012. had miscarriage 4/2/13 at 6w3d. want to get pregnant again fast.

Might well help: There's some disagreement but not controversy among experts on this. I suggest it probably will, even if you are ovulating, so long as it is monitored (usually by ultrasound) and with possible use of an HCG trigger.
