Radial Radiculopathy: 31 yo fem has pain radiating from neck, shoulder, arm & to thumb has radial nerve impingement, which might be at level of cervical spine or brachial plexus. Neurology consult, nerve conduction studies, & MRI are indicated. Thoracic outlet syndrome might be more probable in 30's female absent cervical injury history. Look for ipsilateral lower shoulder with deconditioned Superior trapezius muscle.
