A few days ago i got really nauseous. now i get that anytime i move my head just a little and if i eat a peach it goes away for a bit. so whats wrong?

Vertigo: As best I can tell from what you describe you have what is called benign positional vertigo. What that means is when you turn rapidly or move your head rapidly or even moderately you could get nauseous and feel dizzy Stress,colds, allergies and other elements can cause this. Not sure where the peach fits into this. This kind of problem is usually self-limited. If it persists check with your MD.
