Stop worrying: These contain cyanide as nitriles, part of larger molecules, and in amounts your body can handle easily. Nitriles are actually quite common in nature. You'd be doing yourself a favor to stop reading internet scare stuff. Even the huge amounts of nitrile taken by Laetrile users killed only a few of them. Best wishes.
