period 5days late. urine test negative. went for scan- doc said uterus is 7mm too thin to be pregnant. no chance of pregnancy is this true?

Early preg maybe: It sounds like you had delayed ovulation for this month and it's going to take longer to get your period. Your ovulation can be delayed for many reasons: stress, endocrine problems (thyroid), other medications, etc. 7mm is thin but I have seen people very early in pregnancy who had a thin lining. If no menses in a few more days then check a different brand of pregnancy test.
