Leg pain: Groin pain going down the leg can come from the back or hip joint. I would recommend seeing a good chiropractor and physical therapist. Usually it will get better. If not then seek help from your primary to get the X ray to see if this needs more than just therapy. For now epsom salt bath can relax the muscle. Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain as long as you have no liver issues.
