hi, i am 3-week pregnant and even before my pregnancy, i started being very bloated. i changed my diet to a gluten+lactose free, still the same?

Explanation.: You are right. These changes in diet not really helpful , and for normal development of your fetus diet should be regular with variety of food. Bloating started before pregnancy what is mean that it just more difficult to tolerate. Just try to eat small portion, but often your regular food.
