Diagnostic Radiology 23 years experience
60-90 bpm: While resting, your heart rate should be between 60 and 90 beats per minute. While exercising, it might increase to 100 to 150 beats per minute. A heart rate faster then 90 bpm at rest or 200 bpm during intense exercise should be evaluated by a pediatric cardiologist.
