None. See yur doctor: None of the rheumatic diseases directly cause swelling in the hands & legs. This is more likely a side effect of medications (especially steroids & DMARDs like Enbrel) or a separate problem of the liver (cirrhosis), kidney (nephropathy), or heart (heart failure). There are autoimmune causes of cirrhosis & nephropathy. In this forum, it is hard to say if they are related to seroneg spondylarthritis
