24 y/o f. Severe abdo pain that wraps around/through to back, nausea, vomiting, severe diarrhea. Can't keep food down. Have hiatal hernia.

First call your doc: First call your surgeon to make sure it is not procedure related if necessary to go to ER to make sure bowel is not stuck ( incarceration )
