hi i got one white pimple ?? on my anus from 4 years no pain , some time itchy , sometime can see very small spot of blood on paper never got any treatment and i am overweight

Skin tag: You get pimples on areas of the body like face/shoulders,upper back. On your anal opening you could have a hair follicle inflamed, but it wouldn't last 4 yrs.This is most likely a skin tag left over from a fissure (crack) or food reaction or whatever. It is common and of little importance.If irritated you can reduce it with OTC hydrocortisone cream .
