is it bad to eat non-organic cheese once a week? is it true that non-organic dairy can cause cancer in females?

No: I'm really sorry that people are troubling you with lies like this one. Epidemiology generates a huge amount of noise and junk data; if you do 20 throw-the-dice studies, one of them will "show a relationship between non-organic cheese and this-or-that." Any research piranha at the NIH who could show a real relationship would have his cutthroat career built. It hasn't happened. Enjoy your cheese.
