May be few...: The clear slippery fluid as pre-cum upon sex arousal may contain few sperms but way below the recommended count & concentration for sterilization. If concerned about pregnancy, always have the partner do HPT in 7-10 days after missing her period and repeat it in another 7-10 days if the first HPT is (-) & still in doubt. More?
